Craft Story
Bench
I built this meditation bench from reclaimed cedar that came out of a World War II aircraft hangar in southern Alberta, the same one where Canadian pilots used to train. There’s something special about giving old wood like that a second life.

Restoration Story
Cross Over Two Bibles
This one started as a second-storey post and beam addition over an existing log home. The antique church doors, from the 1800s, came with a story that stretches across continents. Every piece in this build carries a bit of history with it.

Field Work
Pallet Stairs
I put these stairs together during a hang gliding trip out near Eatonia, Saskatchewan. Reclaimed pallets and whatever materials I could find on hand. Sometimes the best builds come from just working with what you’ve got.

Historic Renovation
Coleman Story
What started as a re-roof and renovation in Coleman, Alberta turned into something much bigger. I uncovered the story of a historic log cabin with ties to Prohibition-era smuggling and even a hidden tunnel running beneath the property. You never know what a project will reveal.

Quiet Precision
Embalmer Story
This was a behind-the-scenes kind of project, built for precision, function, and a real sense of responsibility. It supports work that most people never see, but that everyone eventually depends on.

Inspired Build
Drum Stand
I designed and built this drum stand with architecture in mind, something that could hold rhythm both structurally and visually. It’s one of those projects where craft and creativity really came together.
Clients’ success
What Our Clients Value Most
The people who come to me usually have a feeling about the kind of home they want, something warmer, healthier, more connected to the land around it. I spend a lot of time listening before I ever pick up a tool. That’s how I end up with homes that actually feel like the people who live in them.
